Hi all,
I just came across a male AMRE on the SF Bay Trail, right around here (37.6549501, -122.3781661). Kind of sneaky, but actively calling. Started in the fennel and then flew into oaks/acacias across the trail. This is right where the BTBlue was a few years back, if people remember that.
I might as well mention that yesterday 08/22, there were 2 Red-breasted Nutchatches amomg other migrants like Townsend’s and Yellow Warblers at Mori Point in Pacifica.
