Hi State College Bird Club members,
I just wanted to let you know about a volunteer opportunity at Millbrook
Marsh Nature Center, next Saturday, August 29. Starting at 9am and onward
into the afternoon, we will be working to clear an area on the side of the
education building, in preparation for a new native plant garden. Because
our bird feeder viewing area is located here, our goal is to create a space
filled with species and resources that support birds. This project has been
generously funded by the State College Bird Club, and is being completed in
partnership with members of the PA Native Plant Society and PA Master
Naturalists.

change because of the weather.
