I was at Bald Knob Tuesday and it was good. Rosette Spoonbill in Section 2.
Also silts phalarope upland sandpiper black bellied ducks and an avocet.
Yes I would say it is worth a trip. I saw one spoonbill along the creek
roosting in the same cypress tree where the storks hung out a few years ago
it’s a long jaunt from Fort Smith though. 55 species and no woodpeckers.
